Posting this to share with our readers:My thoughts...Friday's stock action in the market did not confirm the reversal day we had on Thursday. The markets finished up but on lower volume than the previous day. All the indexes were down in comparison with last weeks action; the index that was down the least was the Nasdaq Composite Index. Earnings start coming in this next week, and we need to keep a close eye on them. If the market reacts positively to the lower earnings and lower guidance numbers that we are expecting then the market has a shot of turning this short term positive trend into an intermediate term trend. On the other hand, the next two weeks are a good place for the bears to put up a fight. I'll be interested to see if we get any new stimulus money over the next two weeks.Pay close attention to Wednesday and Thursday earnings. The 3 bellwethers on the Nasdaq Composite are coming out with their earnings. Microsoft ($MSFT) reports on Wednesday; Apple ($AAPL) and Amazon ($AMZN) report on Thursday. If I were to grade these stocks, after looking at their charts, I would give MSFT a B+, AAPL B and AMZN B-. What these 3 stocks report, and how the Large Institutions react to those earning this week will most likely determine if this market can plow through the major averages or if this is the end of this bear rally. MSFT, AAPL and AMZN make up over 25% of the price action on the Nasdaq Composite Index and, as we have said repeatedly, the Nasdaq Composite Index has been the stronger of the Indexes and has led this short term trend rally up.Please make sure that you read our Subscribers Special Report. I go into a little more detail regarding the risk level of this current market. Buckle your seat belts because the next two to three weeks will be very interesting. We do not have a stock pick for tomorrow. Hopefully you have implemented our 2 picks, $QQQ and $IBB.Have a great evening and happy trading!- BernardLearn more about them here - www.TradesAfterWork.com https://twitter.com/BERNARDCLAY9!function(d,s,id){var js,fjs=d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0],p=/^http:/.test(d.location)?'http':'https';if(!d.getElementById(id)){js=d.createElement(s);js.id=id;js.src=p+"://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js";fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js,fjs);}}(document,"script","twitter-wjs");
