GROWTH POTENTIAL: Berenberg analyst Justin Ages initiated coverage of Zillow Group ($ZG; $Z) with a Buy rating and $156 price target. The analyst believes the total addressable markets for the online real estate brokerages and real estate platforms are "large and growing." Fundamentals remain strong, and efforts to capture more value from homebuyers and sellers will "pay large dividends," Ages told investors in a research note. He finds Zillow Group's valuation as attractive given the growth potential. VALUATION LOOKS ATTRACTIVE AGAIN: BMO Capital analyst Daniel Salmon upgraded IAC ($IAC) to Outperform from Market Perform with a price target of $170, down from $250. The stock's valuation "looks attractive again," and catalysts could include further spin activity relating to DotDash or Turo and cash deployment, Salmon told investors in a research note. It's been an active 12 months and "investors are catching their breath with the IAC story," the analyst added. BUY ELECTRONIC ARTS: Deutsche Bank analyst Benjamin Soff upgraded Electronic Arts ($EA) to Buy from Hold with a price target of $175, up from $156, after taking assuming coverage of the name. The analyst has a "bullish view" on video game industry fundamentals and names Electronic Arts his to pick. ON THE SIDELINES: BMO Capital analyst Daniel Salmon initiated coverage of Vimeo ($VMEO) with a Market Perform rating and $50 price target. The company faces difficult comps near-term, which warrants a more cautious stance, Salmon contended. However, the analyst thinks Vimeo faces favorable secular trends as the need for video becomes more important for businesses. LIMITED NEED FOR PESSIMISM: JPMorgan analyst Haruka Mori initiated coverage of SoftBank ($SFTBY) with an Overweight rating and 11,100 yen price target. While recent policy moves in China tightening restrictions around major internet companies are an area of investor concern, there is "little need for pessimism" given SoftBank's diversified portfolio and growing visibility on net asset value, Mori told investors in a research note.Disclosure: I may trade in the ticker symbols mentioned, both long or short.
